Fun fact: The title for the show in the UK is "The Great British Bake Off", but in America the term "Bake Off" is copyrighted so they call it "The Great British Baking Show" on Netflix.
But because of this, when they deliver the prize at the end of the show, the etching on the glass cake stand says "Bake Off" so they can't show that name in the US on Netflix. So, they have VFX artists edit the text on the glass plate to say "Baking Show".
I don't know if that has anything to do with why it looks like this in this screenshot, but it's possible that could be why. Maybe for long shots they blur it to avoid having to VFX swap the text in every single shot of the prize plate.
For every shot, they blur it. See, adding text to an object in post is pretty simple. Removing text from a glass object (i.e. see-through but with refraction for extra difficulty) is not. But blurring the glass slightly hides the text enough that you don't notice it behind the newly added text, and it doesn't look all that unnatural because it just looks like a frosted finish on the glass.
EDIT: At 2:27 in the video, the shot from the post is shown side-by-side with the original British version. It isn't quite that blurry, though, so either OP found a frame where it catches the sun in a weird way or the image has been further edited.

What is it though? The orb? Not able to make out
It's the trophy cake stand that the winner of Great British Bake Off gets each season.
He has it pointed directly at the camera. While holding the base
Aah ,makes sense, thank you
He used the magic orb to turn himself into a baking wizard.
Halo shield thing
