I made a post on the ccw sub recently. A lot of it is finding a holster that is comfortable for you. I mostly wear stretchy pants from dicks sporting goods or jeans from torrid. Baggy shirts or layering jackets over tops to avoid printing.
I would definitely recommend the PHLster Enigma. It's a good no belt loop solution that you can dial in very well, otherwise you might want to look at some specific concealed carry under shorts.
Especially if you dress in layers on top so it can cover the grip.
I use the Comfort concealment belt with my Crossbreed Reckoning leather backed holster. I’ve worn it with jeans, leggings and it conceals very well if worn with loose fitting shirts. I’m able to wear in different positions based on my comfort or outfit.
Mine lifts as well depending on if I’m wearing over my undershirt or direct on skin. If direct on skin I can tighten it more and it doesn’t lift as much but still some. In my research I saw that switching the holster’s clips to Ulti clips will prevent or limit the movement. I am going to buy them soon and test it out.

Helps to know how you tend to dress. Dresses, skirts, yoga pants, jeans, etc., can make a big difference.
Right now I use a bag but I usually wear sweats or jeans or athletic shorts (compression style)

I have a comfort concealment belt but it doesn’t stay put when I draw. What am I doing wrong
