Back in the old days of Reddit, IMGUR was the platform for hosting images, you would provide the link to said image in the post, and Reddit would pull it in from the 3rd-party. This meant you could (in theory) come in and update your link to point at the new image if you wanted. These days Reddit wants everything self-hosted, so we get these restrictions on what can be changed.
As good as it would be, if there was no way to trace back the original photo someone could post something innocent, then come back and replace it with something horrible
That's an excellent way to put it. I'll add: since it's so lean, you have to be very careful cooking it, or you'll brick it. Crock pot recipes can do well with it. Grilling requires basically standing over it with a probe and flipping A LOT. I've never known anyone to sous vide a bison steak, but I could see that being very interesting.
Bottom line, as Cloud-Top said: it's a lot more work for a product that (at its best) ends up tasting not quite as good as beef.
Ah well, guess we can just cuddle with each other for now. You'll have the benefit of some smaller pillows since I'm working on building my own bara titties.

It's also about using the Lords name to carry an agenda or to chase profit. Like a pastor preaching his personal views and disguising them as gods, or someone using God to sell items or collecting donations and using them for yourself and not for the community.
Saying Jesus Christ probably isn't gonna send you to hell. Telling people your using their money to spread God's word, using it to buy yourself a new car, and then going onto the stage to scream about how evil immigrants are probably will. But then again, American christians (especially evangelical ones) are bad at following scripture due to all the cherry picking preachers and pastors love to do.
Did you know every person who prays in public, outside abortion clinics, etc, are actually going against the words of Jesus? Same for any Christian that dared say the words "but what was she wearing?" (As Jesus himself, in response to a man who asked what if a woman dressed inappropriately, told said man to then gouge his own eyes out if the mere sight of a woman wearing something that wasn't a full covering would push him into commiting rape or sin).

Yes. Marin as a character was raised Christian and she is actively ignoring/denying her homosexuality. The joke was that some deeply ingrained Christians claim that saying happy holidays instead of merry Christmas is an attack on Christmas and that’s why she thought that the mom didn’t like her.
So far there’s no fallout for any of Marin’s bad behavior. This comic just started coming across my feed the last week or so and the Pink one seems just awful and annoying. I get the explanation but I don’t like her.
I’m sticking around hoping that I see Marin get some kind of consequences for seeing how sad her friend is and she’s acting bubbly and uncaring of her feelings. I hope Risa the tall one comes to her senses and dumps Pink who doesn’t believe they’re even dating in the first place.
90% of the jokes for these characters is that the girl with pink hair doesn't get that they're a couple. And sometimes doesn't seem to know they're gay.
So I wouldn't put much hope in the comics having consistency or follow up.
