Has anyone listened to the different presses of this record? it is one of the last albums I need to complete my collection on vinyl. most of the earlier albums I have are first presses but this and Milk&Kisses are too expensive for a first presses. The record store day copy looks neat to have but was curious which remastering sounds most like the original press. Any thoughts are appreciated. thank you
I have the newer press (from 2024 i think?) and i love spinning it, but haven’t heard any of the older pressings.

I don't even know what a first press is, that's why I said that I MAY or MAY NOT have the thing you want. I do have a vinyl and CD version of the album and they're both Portuguese remasters
A first press is when album was originally released so in this case 1993. It was reissued on vinyl and remastered in 2019 and 2024. The remastered sounds different from the original press, I think in part coming from digital source.
The newest pressing isn't great (at least on my system). Sounds very brittle unfortunately.
