Hi all,
I'm getting married in October, and we're starting to look up restaurants for our rehearsal dinner. The wedding is in Pilsen, and the hotel block is in The Loop, so we're looking for places that don't stretch too far north.
We'll probably have around 35 people, and would prefer a semi or fully private space. I'd love to stay near Pilsen, but not sure how many places could fit the party size.
Any recommendations or experiences you can share would be great! Thanks

Do they still use the basement that way? It is actually quite nice down there. But they also do whole restaurant sell outs.
The private room at The Gage could work. Or host the dinner at Publican Quality Meats. They do a great job. You get a fully private space and the kitchen turns out great food. I’ve done that twice
I would love to do a Publican restaurant, but my fiance got food poisoning from the OG location a few years back so she refuses to go back
That's understandable. You never want to return to the scene of the crime. Maybe The Gage (or another option on this thread) will work out for you. Good luck.
