IDK the Opening was weird but played fairly well, and some of the tactics in the middlegame were not the kind of thing I'd expect low rated players to find.
There's too much intention behind some of these moves, it makes me suspect these are higher level players just playing weird openings and probably in a faster time control.
c5 was a major Blunder by Black, but White punished it convincingly. Also I simply don't see any low elo player finding Bf4.
