Almost no one competed in all the events like Magnus did. If you make point based system like this I think you should just determine players by qualification or whatever and then have them compete in the same number of events like GCT. But they could not do it because Magnus is their biggest marketing asset.
Fabi & Vincent played in all the events. Hikaru and Levon missed one event each. Hikaru missed this one for personal reason and Levon didn't qualify in the 2nd event.
Any qualification system, in any way, in any format, where 10/12 players are chosen for each event and if you think there is a chance that Magnus may not qualify in that system or format for every event then it's just simply laughable.
overall Vincent him and fabi played around same level
Not really, Levon actually won two tournaments. That's much more impressive than Fabi consistently reaching the final or semi, Keymer on the other hand at least won once but Levon still did better than him despite playing less events.
If they wouldn't have gotten double points in the Final, Fabi would have 63 points, Levon - 59, and Keymer - 56. Even here I consider Levon performance much more impressive since he played less events than them.
How is he so far ahead wtf
I mean he has not left the podium for entirety of the tour so make sense
Worth noting as well that there were just three players (including Magnus) who actually played in all five events.
True, but Magnus also has a margin of victory that's larger than the amount of points he gained from any single event

You can take away any one of Magnus's events and he still has the greatest point total
He was also on the podium every time
Levon only playing in 3 events (plus the open) and getting 9th place in the first event but still getting 2nd place is actually goated.
because last event gave double point ( overall Vincent him and fabi played around same level )

He missed one event because he failed to qualify(the Paris one)
I think Vincent would have better performance if they stayed with long classical
He has one less event appearance than Magnus, Fabiano, and Keymer and that’s because he failed to qualify
Magnus is +50% ahead of 2nd place lol
The uncs still got it
46
It would be nice for candidates to have 4 of the top 5 from here!
Levon would get farmed
Is it correct that Levon competed in 3 events only and won 2 of them?
His results were:
