Our ECHL affiliate Kalamazoo Wings are going to have a Canucks Night on Jan 10th and these are their black skate jerseys 👀
As a Canucks fan that grew up in the Zoo, playing travel hockey for the K-Wings, and going to Wings games, I need to find a way to get my hands on one of these sweaters.
Would they actually be able to help get a jersey from the ECHL? I would never have considered this an option.
This is actually a cool hybrid from the last 2 skate throwbacks Arm banding is from the new 3rds but without the texturing Numbering is collegiate from the 50th anniversary 3rds Banding at the bottom is from the new thirds Collaring is same as the 50th anniversary 3rds
The biggest miss of the current 3rds is the numbering. I very much miss the collegiate font as opposed to the Agency FB font they currently use.
The block font with a white outline is such an improvement over the Agency font the Canucks third has.
When you echl affiliate gets a third jersey before you ahl affiliate does because they are not owned by cheap ass Aquaman. Also where the fuck are the championship rings for Abby?
The black skate jersey shouldn’t have any white on it at all. That’s what makes the current Canucks one so sleek. This is just messy. Ugly 1970’s stuff.
