I see this every time this video pops up. Does everybody forget that just because the phone is recording video it's still a phone. The video immediately stops when she fixes the tripod or whatever is holding it probably because she ended the video and called for help on the phone that was recording her. Not all of us are Rich enough to own multiple devices
Yeah I think after growing up on 80s action flicks my first thought would be to get out of the car before it explodes dramatically. Because that's what happens when cars crash.

I think she was, when she finishes singing the last word, you can see her looking directly at the phone to make sure she was recording herself properly, that also tells me she was thinking about how good she looked while she was singing & carrying on cause she needed it to look good. If she was just singing a song she liked, she still would have been able to notice any dangers on the road that would have caused this. That's how i see it anyway
