And regardless, if she does use transfer sheets, then she had 6 weeks to get one in the right color. And the way she responded to the situation is horrible, I can’t imagine saying that to a customer, even if I HADN’T fucked up.

Is she colorblind or something? The purple/burgundy is quite gawdy and not elegant at all. This is better, but it still clashes quite a bit. She should have scraped off the burgundy icing and piped on a better coordinating color.
