Some of those ferrules are a bit long. Some look like they've pulled out, or aren't seated correctly. Love the work, but damn is this a short fest!
I know those breakout board all to well, the ferrule are correctly installed, the screw terminal is just really undeep. Personally I would have snipped them shorter, but there are pushed all the way to the back.
Yeah, I normally snip the last notch off any ferrules I put in screw terminals, because they're so shallow. Those end bits ping off at Mach fuck, too!
