So tempting to tickle it!
Anyone else's all black bunny have gray foot hair?
Just so nonody is saddened. He doesnt live in a cage.
This is a 5ft by 4ft chicken run we put on stilts to make a loft/safe space. This is where he is fed etc.
I dont live in a very large space so this was how we made more room for zoomies underneath. He actually lives in the entire living room with his couch.
r/cageface but bun toes
Thinking the same thing!
Have you ever tried to touch it? I mean, you're still alive, so I'm assuming no...
I didn't dare..
This was a few days before he went in for his neuter and I already was already counting my blessings before my possible end.
Good move. It's a fine line between here and r/murderbuns.
Hopefully the neuter went smoothly. Unfortunately buns keep their murderousness in their soul, not their balls.
It went really well actually. He acted like nothing even happened.
I can only assume this is some kind of tactic. Probably waiting for me to let my guard down.
I laughed so hard at "keep their murderousness in their soul, not their balls"
Rabbits can break their toes in wire flooring, and they can't maintain proper posture on it because of the uneven pressure it puts on their feet. I highly recommend the "Lennon The Bunny", "Sincerely Cinnabun", "Hop Notch", "The Bunnies Brigade", "The Bunny Lady", and "Cinnamon Bun & Morty" channels on YouTube.
Thanks!
There is no wire flooring in his room. He has the 5x5 chicken run enclosed (that's the wire side of it) Its raised off the floor (there is a big board we got and raised about two feet) to add more running space.
The board is covered with a giant whelping pad and then has smaller fabric pads inside. Hes sitting on top of one of those wire organization cubes that has a scratch pad seaweed pad attached to the top bc he likes to be up high. There are some pictures of the inside on my other posts if this doesn't make sense or your curious.
Edit to add. I will ziptie on one of the plastic shields (urine guards) i have going up the bottom half of his pen up so his his toes don't stick though the side when he lays down up there.
