I have resent the completed questionnaire today and have now received an acknowledgment. I'm already rescheduled. Glad to have this sorted out. Looking forward to the interview!

I also work social media and CS so i totally understand their situation. Itās really frustrating when you actually want to help and fix the situation, but you canāt really give any promises as itās a different team whoās gonna do the actual work.
Although itās necessary to show your displeasure with how things are going, let us remind ourselves that the people behind the accounts are people too. Negativity and toxicity wonāt solve anything. I do wish I could show some attitude in my line of work though.. Kudos to the BW team

Some here seem just want to spread their hate and donāt really want to be assisted. Also, OP couldāve also reached out to BWās other channels before posting. I tried before and theyāre actually accommodating.
