  • On paper, is this the best Bills' team we've had in the postseason? No, at least just by individual measure and ranking.

Does that really matter in the playoffs when it's game to game? In my opinion, no.

Josh Fck'n Allen wants it so bad he can taste it and he's playing like it. I'm not sure I've seen him quite so focused before, he's making the smart plays, looks and adjustments he needs to - then he's doing the SuperMan shit when he has to.

And, back to the first point, this team has real talent and a synergy together that you can't deny. Other teams would have fallen apart with the number of injuries they've sustained and this Bills' group has been incredibly resilient.

Last but not least, let me just put this right here: James Cook.

Get ready, Denver - should be a great one!

  • Josh better take a zyn in the high altitude and feel that buzz to truly enter flow state

  • What is different about the broncos this year from last year? I am curious how they have improved their roster from last year or if it is something else.

Genuine question that I just do not have time to look up myself, so I am curious if anyone else has.

edit: I ask this because last year we kicked their asses in at home in the wildcard round, so other than being at their stadium, why should it be different?

From an earlier post of mine:

Broncos fan here. Improved run defense (finished second best in the league), added Hufanga (second team all pro), improved at getting to the QB.

On offense we reworked our entire RB room, RJ Harvey leads all rookies in TDs (12), our Oline finished best in the league this year, our WRs have another year of experience with the emergence of Pat Bryant as a sure hands guy.

We’re also pretty healthy outside of JK Dobbins, Brandon Jones and Wattenberg. Hope the helps you see it from our side.

It will be interesting to see if you guys can shut down james cook with the second best ranking. I could see us banking on that with so much uncertainty at WR or turn to tight ends.

I feel like as much as the bills get flack for poor run defense, its rarely defines the reason for a loss. So I hope that stays the case against your rework RB room.

Health and rest really does seem to be the bills biggest downfall right now. Appreciate the input from the other side.

Their defense went from very good last year to elite this year. Especially when well- rested, healthy and at home. They check all 3 of those boxes on Saturday.

Yeah the rest/ health factor could not be anymore in their favor. It sure does pay to be the one seed.

Their day 1-2 draft picks have been inconsistent at best, as have their free agents. Dre Greenlaw was out the last two weeks of the season with a bum hammy, but should be able to play in this game barring a setback.

The major difference is that they have won an insane amount of close games, many in fairly improbable fashion. They're similar to the 2024 Chiefs in that respect. They beat the Chargers because LA had zero ball security (LA had 29 first downs to the Broncos 9 and they went 3 and out on 6 drives), beat the Eagles because for some reason they only ran Saquon 6 times and Hurts threw 38 times (and the Broncos still had to come back from a 17-3 deficit with 13:11 left), had to score 33 points in the 4th to beat the Giants, the Raiders missed a FG against them that would have sent that game to OT, won in OT against the Mariota-led Commanders because the Commies went for 2 and didn't get it, and needed a 4th quarter TD drive against the Oladokun-led Chiefs where the Chiefs committed a neutral zone violation on 4th and 2 to keep the drive alive.

Good to know about the draft pick/ free agents. I wasn't sure if some new addition is any cause to their better season. Greenlaw coming back from a hamstring injury could have him limited too.

There's a decent chance it could not be that different. Teams don't fundamentally transform in just 1 offseason unless the QB or HC changes. Our passing defense will give Bo fits just like it gave the hottest QB in the league fits last week. We're just not a good matchup for them

That is what I am hoping, but feel a bit naïve thinking that way. Hoping this is the case though. Would love nothing more than a repeat of last year and allowing Josh and company to take it easy once we get the score up.

Bo threw the ball 150 more times than Josh this year and only has 270 yards more lol. Outside of that one deep play that caught us sleeping, they didn’t score a single point the rest of the game. Trust Josh to have put up more points when the clock strikes zero

  • Welp I won’t be able to watch the game Saturday will miss all of it cause this dumb ass league putting the game on at 4pm on a Saturday. What a damn shame.

I can't believe they didn't check with you first.

Sounds like a you problem lmao

  • This game has me anxious. I can’t even focus on anything else in life.

The 20 injuries got me down

Me too. I don’t know how we can be able to pull off a superbowl run with so many of our guys injured

We also are getting guys back at the same time. If we survive this week we'll have an extra day of rest vs. NE/HOU next week.

Same! It only gets worse in the postseason. Constantly looking for new info on the team.

Same. My boss has no clue how useless I’ve been lol

  • I also just realized if Samuel and Hardman are going to be relied upon cause theres nobody else, no cute play designs for them Joe Brady. No jet sweeps where they could fumble, no reverses, nothing stupid. Just let Josh throw the ball downfield.

A jet sweep isn't even really a trick play. It's pretty much a staple that any team should be able to execute. Actual trick plays we gave up a long time ago. We used to able to execute a double handoff throw back to the QB, but that shit is long gone now. I don't think we've tried a true trick play since that Baltimore game last year where we botched it, turned the ball over and almost got Josh injured.

We've run two successful 4th down hook and ladder plays this year but nobody remembers them because they still ended up losing both games.

Bugs me a little bit that the hook and ladders are clearly Brady's go-to plays for must-have 4th and longs. If we've noticed, so have opposing Ds. Hopefully they've got some twists dialed up for the playoffs.

no it isnt but my point is that we fumbled on them twice this season. even though hardman and samuel are more gadget players, this is not the time for that even though they're all we got left.

The hook and ladders this year have to count somewhat

Joe Brady won't back down from that challenge

  • There's going to be about 8 of shotgunning beers and breaking tables on Lot C, an immediate lot at the south stadium entrance. We'll have a black Bills flag. Come party

  • Can’t believe I’m stuck watching this game AT WORK

  • This is the least nervous I've been for a postseason game since the last time we played Denver.

I really think we are the worst possible matchup for them. Everything they want to do plays into our strengths and Nix will turn that ball over.

Agreed. They’re a good team but I wouldn’t be surprised if we won by 10-14, we have a lot of favorable matchups, momentum, experience and a big QB advantage

  • damn 1:30 pm? thought the game started at 4:30

    It's 4:30, yeah.

shit i thought 4:30 pst lmao

4:30 EST, 2:30 local Denver time.

  • 3 healthy wide recievers. How is this offense going to function???

Listening, bitching about WR is the dumbest thing ever, okay?

Are we not counting Kincaid as a WR?

    Pretty sure Brandon Beane is.

Beane counts Alec Anderson as a WR

Curtis Samuel was immediately and conveniently a full participant yesterday (all but confirming he was a sneaky IR stash) so that would be 4 healthy WR’s excluding Hardman

Yeah I think they were holding samuel out so that he didn't get hurt before they cut him (which would have affected the payout - if I understand correctly).

They have no choice but to use him now, though.

    That makes me feel better

He scored vs Denver last year. Ty Johnson did as well, hopefully we get him back too. At the end of the day no matter who's out there, Josh is going to put the ball where he needs to move the chains

Keon's entire career redemption arc is going to have to happen in a single game.

I think hes blocking will be more key than anything. But I'd like to see him get a couple of slant routes and possibly a deeper shot on play action.

He's had some good blocks this season, at least.

  • Is there a game day thread? Bills transplant here in Denver

    Yeah on game day

  • Josh is always at his best when the stakes are highest but returning to the mountain west might give him even a little extra. Went to college just 2 hours away and is a beloved legend by many in the region. He put up 39 last time he played at Mile High which even by his standards is dialed in. I think he puts on another show and statement this weekend, he just seems brimming with confidence and the boys are feeding off it

  • The game starts at 130pm PST.

My brother scheduled my nephew's birthday party at 300pm

How do I get out of this without pissing off my family

Call into One Bills Live, Steve and Chris can help

Tell your brother to have another kid with a more convenient birthday.

I live in Denver and my son is having his 2nd birthday party about half hour after kick-off. My wife was cool with me skipping the party to go to the game!

Lived in NoCo for 20 years. Always found Bronco fans to be 90% hype and 10% football IQ. They always believed they were a SB team even in the Trevor Siemian era.

Also blows my mind that John Elway, one of the greatest QBs in the history of the game, had Josh Allen in the building for an entire week leading up to the draft and did not recognize the talent.

Broncos fans always get a little chippy about that. Elway definitely steered that team away from finding a QB that would make him fade.

Where’s the party? You have to have tv access, that’s not unreasonable for a playoff game

    A park. In winter -_-

Wow. Bringing the iPad with youtube tv/paramount+ (free trial available on website) is your only moral option but you might just have to shut the phone down, be present and watch the second half without commercials when you get home. The other option some might say is a bit less moral but leveraging flu season to your favor is always an ace in the hole this time of year

He'll have another birthday next year.

  • Man, I keep getting suggestions from the AFC South meme sub and Texans fans are really holding that win they had over us in the regular season over Jags fans heads and think they will easily beat Josh again despite us coming off a hard fought victory against the Bucs and missing Dalton Kincaid AND Josh having a bad game.

If we can beat the Broncos, I hope NE gives the Texans a run for their money and then we beat them in the AFCCG in their house and shut them up.

I will crash out if Drake or CJ makes it to a Super Bowl before Josh.

  • It's not impossible to overcome, but the altitude is absolutely going to be a factor to some degree.

Anyone who watches the UFC knows that guys fighting in places like Denver will hold their fight camps for 2-3 months at altitude to acclimate. Every single fight card in these cities has a number of fighters that severely gas early in the fight because it's just such a shock to the body if you haven't adjusted to it.

    Bills still smash though, 24-16.

My kid does synchronized swimming (so multiple intense workouts underwater) and when we go out to Colorado, we only head out a day early to acclimate and they do just fine.

a fight is a much higher level of cardiovascular stress. it's sustained effort for minutes at a time without a break. an NFL play lasts 5-10 seconds, and then they get almost a minute break.

Unfortunately, science disagrees with you, since immediately when arriving at altitude a person's v-02 max is reduced by 10-20%.

you brought up UFC fighters. my comment was comparing UFC fighters to NFL players. nothing i said was wrong.

Where they suck oxygen from a tank on the bench.

Everyone is acting like we're about to go play on top of Everest against Sherpas.

I consider the noise a bigger obstacle to get over.

  • I wish it was like madden gauntlet rules where we could take one player off the team we beat last week for this game

    Josh Hines-Allen?

Whichever of their receivers is the best downfield threat.

Josh Patrick Allen getting tush pushed into the endzone but Josh Hines Allen

  • Ed Oliver sure seems optimistic about playing….

It's wishful thinking, considering he hasn't played 1.5 games this year. But if he's the same dude he was for the those 1.5 games....holy shit.

  • Did anyone else in the AFC lose pieces of their team this weekend, or just Bills?

Christian Gonzalez (NE) and Nico Collins (HOU) are in concussion protocol.

I hope, regardless of who wins, they pick each other apart this weekend.

I don't want to root for injuries though. So here's hoping for a giant-ass brawl with multiple suspensions!

Yeah, I don't wanna root for injuries either. I guess my loophole is I just hope the Texans keep doing what they're doing and the Pats don't somehow skate their way untested?

  • https://www.instagram.com/reel/DTRksOeCMfq/?igsh=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ==

Interesting look at the Broncos this year, they’re 11-2 in one score games year. 7 of their 14 wins have been against very bad teams beating them all by only one score. If playoff Allen shows up and the defense can cause a turnover, we can handle this broncos team handily I think.

They play to their competition, but so do the Bills. The big concern imo is the passrush vs a not 100% Josh Allen.

    Is Allen not 100%?

My concerns are the massive amount of injuries plaguing the Bills while the Broncos essentially at full strength.

Broncos fan I come in pleats. We are missing our best RB in JK Dobbins, our free safety Brandon Jones and our center but our OL depth is very good. Otherwise yes… but concerned about the running game. Jaleel McGlaughlin is our speed back but he can run up the middle and could be an X factor

You come in pleats? You are welcome in this thread, bro, but its not really necessary to describe what you're wearing.

    Or what you're coming into.

Pleats be with you my Bills friend.

    Pleats to you as well

    Allen won't be 100% until camp, but he'll play like he's 100%.

I hope we get to see another huge rushing td from our boy soon

The moment they take that spy away and spread their secondary it will come

  • If we're down WR's, what about putting Shakir wide and getting Cook in the slot to grab those screens?

They really love having guys run routes out of the backfield, so my guess would be that Cook would just do that or motion out.

you are probably going to see more TE splitting out than Cook splitting out.

    Latu szn

Latu might be better than people think

  • Regarding the altitude issue. I always thought that was overblown , especially in pro football. I mean these athletes are among the most well- conditioned people in the world. I read where the average "ball in play time" in an NFL game is 11-18 minutes, depending upon position. This is all spread out over a 3 hour period of game time. And its all punctuated by rest for huddle time between plays, tv time out time, and sideline time when your offense or defense is on the field. I don't know but it seems like a handy excuse for losing a game sometimes.

For what it's worth, Jordon Malaita on Philly said that our players had bad conditioning. He said we called a timeout and most of our o-line was kneeling to take a rest. To quote him "and that's when I knew we were going to win". It's a pretty dumb post game quote since .... you know we scored a TD after that TO and just missed on a 2 point conversion to beat them.

Why not rest during a time out? It seems silly not to take every opportunity to catch a breather.

Jaguars won in it and they definitely are in a city at a low elevation.

It is very overblown. The Broncos have like the 14th best home win percentage, it’s not some secret weapon for them

Idk it's been believed that Denver has either the best or next best homefield advantage in the game for a while now. If these athletes getting tired ever matters, then it stands to reason it will matter more in Denver.

There are breaks, but not at the end of each half where the offense is trying to go quickly to avoid losing time.

Well luckily Josh spent a good amount of time at a higher elevation (WY), so at least for him this should feel like home

It's more about your body adjusting to oxygen content I think

  • It's going to have to be the JC show in this game and hopefully in subsequent ones. We can't get a repeat performance of Sundays game and expect to win with how depleted the wr corps is. I fully expect him and the online to raise to the occasion.

  • Going to have get very creative on offense. The Jags were the best run D, Denver is 2, Houston is 4 and if we were to meet Seattle in the SB they are 3. Given we pretty much have no blocking WR's left, its time to just run with 13 personnel and not even bother disgusing it. Maybe throw in some read/option though really dont want Josh any more in the line of fire than need be. Our best bet to win is proabably to just let Josh cook. Samuel, Hardman, and hopefully Ty is back. Spread it out, 5 WR, 2 RB sets, whatever.

  • We are going to need a miracle. These injuries aren’t fair 😢… at least we have an excuse?

You think it will take “a miracle” for Josh Allen, James Cook and co. to again outscore Bo Nix, RJ Harvey and co? Miracle is a big stretch. For me it will take a solid game

I maybe over exaggerated but I’m very nervous.

Also think the Broncos are under a lot of pressure to defend that #1 seed

Yup. In some ways home field is more pressure than on the road. Players have said it and road teams being 4-2 so far in the playoffs doesn't dispel it

Regardless the Bills still have an absolutely uphill battle that few teams have actually been able to pull off. Gonna take grit that’s for sure, ain’t easy crawling from Wild Card position on the road all the way thru

Brady's Bucs did it because at the end of the day they still had the best QB. Road teams were 4-2 this weekend. Instead of playing in horrible weather we've so far drawn 60 and sunny and now 50 and sunny. It honestly might not be the worst thing for these boys

  • Hey Broncos, got any spare WRs?

TO is still in great shape and always wants to play. I say this only semi joking but I feel like he's be good for at least 4 catches and 55yds maybe a goalline td 😊

Love the Bills, my 2nd favorite team due to Josh. We are honestly so lucky right now injury wise. All of our WR's are healthy, O-Line (outside of Center) are all 100%, Bo is looking healthy and we have been missing JK Dobbins for a few weeks, but RJ Harvey doesn't have that same speed, but is a bruiser.

Our biggest weakness on defense is that Brandon Jones (S) is out for the year. But I don't see that as a big factor with your tough luck lately on the WR front.

James Cook scares the hell out of me. We are a good run stopping team, but he is just on a different level.

I think this is going to be a really low scoring game, with both sides trying to manage the clock with the run game.

Best of luck to you guys! But no, you can't have any of our WR's :)

Whoever wins, we can continue hating the Chiefs together, I promise you that

    100% FUKC!

If we have to lose, I'll take the Bills anytime.

Bronco fan here. Our WRs are also ass outside of Sutton haha

  • I'm not afraid of the Broncos. Their last 6 games after their Bye were:

27-26 OT W vs Marcus Mariota Commies,

    24-17 W vs Raiders,

34-26 W vs Packers (Good win here),

    20-34 L vs Jags,

20-13 W vs Gardner Minshew Chiefs,

19-3 W vs Trey Lance Chargers

    I fully expect a W here.

Not Minshew, he got hurt the week prior. Chris Oladokun Chiefs that week.

And it took the Broncos a 4th quarter TD drive where the Chiefs had a neutral zone violation on 4th and 2 to keep the drive alive.

Context matter here a bit too. Commanders game closer than it needed to be but off a bye for both teams. Raiders game was a dominating win that only got close because of garbage time. Packers good win. Jags just beat us. Chiefs and Chargers games were vanilla play calling and do everything to just win without showing much and getting injured. So you could fully expect a W when you just look at the box score, sure, but the Broncos have been pulling Ws out all season regardless of opponent.

Off a bye for both teams? That tells me that it was a fair matchup, so I'm not sure why you'd bring that up. Are the Broncos bad coming off a bye or something? If so, that's good! Regardless, the Broncos came off a bye to beat a team where Marcus Mariota was the QB, only because the Commanders played for the win instead of the tie and went for 2 in OT after they tied it up.

    Sounds like excuses, not context

Sure, easy win coming up for you guys. Hope your team is thinking the same.

No one said that. You are the one who came to this subreddit to whine. Just saying you just made excuses for your struggles against a bunch of bad teams while still playing to secure the bye.

  • Another question but do any of y’all think Max can come back because it’d ease my queasiness a little knowing Max can pick up Franklin or Mims or Bryant

Sal Capaccio doesn’t sound optimistic. He hasn’t practiced since his injury against the Jets. I hope he, Ty, Ed, and Bernard can play. And yes, Bernard should come off the bench and Shaq should be starting

    what exactly is Max’s injury?

High ankle sprain is widely speculated by experts. Seemed like a decent one. Next week is a lot more likely than this week but honestly, the game we would have wanted him most for was the Jags. Tre White is playing outstanding as CB2

Ankle, I’m not sure what kind tho

Don’t quote me but I believe a high ankle sprain

  • Reading body language and between the lines of Josh’s press conference today he is extremely confident we are going to win this game. He quickly corrected himself a few times not to come across over-confident. Fans are overreacting to a couple injuries when we’re getting a number of guys back this week too. Bills win 30-20

The injuries suck but are manageable. The WRs are the least important part of our offense. Hamlin can hold down the fort for Poyer.

And if ED is really coming back I like our chances. That is a huge boost for the d-line.

My biggest injury concern is Poyer. Dude is the glue holding the secondary together. Which is crazy to think about because by all intents and purposes, he's washed. Or should be. We're gonna miss him.

He's overconfident always because he knows he's that guy. Any game is winnable with Josh

    [removed]

There’s no shame in your only playoff losses being extremely close games going toe to toe with the Mount Rushmore duo of Reid and Mahomes. That’s what it takes to beat Josh in the playoffs, no one else has what it takes

Allen has outplayed Mahomes in 2 of their matchups so it's exactly the same point

  • The AFCCG is such a conundrum. The pats are the easier opponent but losing to the pats would be way way worse than losing to the Texans

Honestly, the best chance is probably Pats beat the Texans but come out as banged up as we and other teams have been facing that D.

All that should matter is who you think is more beatable. Bills split with the Pats, lost to Houston.

That game against Houston was close and we made a lot of schematic and execution mistakes that I don't think we'd make again. McDermott tends to do really well against teams he lost to earlier in the season if he gets the chance to play them again.

I just really don't want the Pats touching the AFCCG.

That game will be a bloodbath. If the Pats win they will take some licks. And if Texans win I am confident we can shut Stroud down.

Shutting Stroud down doesn't seem to matter. Outside of one TD drive he was terrible against Pittsburgh but they still blew them out.

I’m assuming you watched the game but that game was definitely not a blow out in the sense of Houston controlling the game. Stroud fumbled 5 times, they turned it over 3 times and Pittsburgh held them to 7 points through 3 until their defense scored 2 touchdowns. The Steelers offense is abysmal, way worse than any of the 3 remaining AFC teams that Houston may face, and they still had a realistic chance to win

That's my point, they shut down Stroud and got blown out anyway.

Do you think their defense will score two TDs against us?

I don’t see our offense completely stalling like Pittsburgh. We nearly beat Houston without two tackles (Dion concussed, Spencer with one arm) and having given up 8 sacks. And Josh will not gift their defense two tds.

We don't make the mistake of not helping out the OL again, too. Hawes and Gilliam played less than they normally did in that game.

But beating the Pats will make it all that much sweeter. We go to thr Super Bowl and end their season simultaneously. It erases all meaning and value of their AFC East title. We want the Pats

High reward, but also high risk. The thought of them going to the Super Bowl because we lost to them turns my stomach.

I would have to delete Reddit

  • Anyone watch Sean Payton’s press conference? I knew of McD’s background form the eagles and Carolina, but listening to Payton talk abt him, the coaching tree McD has come from, the evolutions of his coaching style, and where the defense we’ve seen during his time here comes from. I love listening to other teams give their insight and perspective on the team. Give it your criticisms, but McD can throw out some pretty disgusting defenses.

It was an odd and uninspiring (if I was a Broncos fan) press conference. He literally talked about how home field has proven to be meaningless (road teams 4-2), how rest is often counterintuitive and playoff experience is huge. Can’t remember a time I saw a coach make excuses for why his team should lose before a playoff game

    You hitting the sauce again?

I just watched Payton's presser after reading your comment and you either didn't hear, listen, or understand what was asked by the reporter or said by Payton.

Payton was responding to a question, "Do you think there is much of a benefit to the guys who got their first post-season game last season?" and Payton responded essentially saying that post season experience is a myth based on what he's seen based on records and rosters.

He was also quite complimentary of Allen and even more so of McDermott and went all the way back to Jim Johnson. At no point in is 12-minute presser did it sound like he was making excuses.

But hey, keep that BAC where you like it!

From a Bronco fan perspective, this is just typical SP. He friggin HATES doing press conferences and is constantly surly and even a bit aggressive at times with the media.

I honestly don't believe he is makes excuses for a lose. Being respectful to your sub, I think SP is just doing his typical downplaying and combined with his hatred of doing these media days, he comes off disingenuous.

Good Luck Bills and lets see who is better this year! I think it will be very close and low scoring.

  • I just saw Ed Oliver’s quote saying he’s optimistic and excited to come back vs the Broncos. I am genuinely tearing up thinking about big Ed coming back

He’s definitely itching to play based off that short interview really hope they set him loose this weekend

let him eat he’s hungry he hasn’t sacked in a while and who are we to deny him. go feast big man!

To preface this i’m not a very emotional guy when it comes to news like this but this…. this did it for me

  • Rookie here. Is there still any chance that a game could end up at The Ralph again?

Nope. If Chargers won, they could have. Depends on seeding. Broncos Patriots and Texans all have a higher seed that Buffalo (6)

Okay that’s what I thought I’d read. Thanks

  • For people worried about Josh's health and endurance in Denver, don't be.

Just a reminder that he played in Wyoming, which is even higher in elevation than Denver is, he's well adjusted to the climate, so we should be okay there.

Just posting for those that may be unaware.

Yeah but your D will be gassed.🤫

I guess I’m the devils advocate but hasn’t it been a while since he played in Wyoming?? Like isn’t he more accustomed to being out of that higher elevation at this point?

It probably won't hurt him as bad as someone who's never been at that altitude, but he won't be 100% acclimated since he hasn't been there for what like 8 years

He’s Wyoming’s greatest QB ever by a mile and put up 39 previous points in his previous game at Mile High. He loves playing at elevation, this will be a homecoming for him

  • Broncos have a great team and great fans superbowl material. Meanwhile, Bills have great pass defense, great run game, and a generational ultimate carry QB. Denver is the better team but hopefully we could pull a miracle and win a SB this year

Denver has the better record, but I don't think they're the better team. They've been 2024 Chiefs levels of lucky to have that record.

Don't even think about the SB yet.

If we somehow get past Denver, we're either dealing with Drake Maye or the Texans' terrifying defense in the AFC championship game.

That is not going to be easy.

I'm going to reserve my judgement on playoff Maye until this weekend, but I wasn't impressed with him last weekend.

We have the better offense, both qb and run game. Lets force Bo Nix to throw the ball. I trust that the secondary will force some turnovers.

Let’s hope Ed Oliver is back..

This stuff is supposed to be for fun. Don't let sportball negatively impact your life.

1 don't put that juju out there.

2 what did you do after the 13 second game ?

  • Football Gods didn't like Beane's "bitching about receiver" comments. Nothing but drama and problems at the position since then

the roster is old and expensive.. thank God we have JA17, the biggest most valuable piece you can put on any team.

15th youngest roster in the league this year. Right in the middle of the pack

  • Soft launching a theory that slightly banged up Josh is the ideal Josh because it stops him from trying some of the more ridiculous things that get him in trouble. 2021 he had the foot injury and it's the best he's ever played.

    It's actually a good thing.

It's kind of like a Saiyan from Dragon Ball. They play/fight at their absolute best in high stress, high stakes situations.

  • We need touchdown Jesus

  • Way more nervous after seeing our cvs injury report.

Wouldn't worry too much unless it still looks like that on Friday.

They always put the entire team on the first one and by game day it’s like 3 guys out. Every week.

Yeah, you always have to read between the lines on the first one. Some of those players are ones coming off IR (Hamlin, Oliver). Others are ones that have injury designation but will play no matter what (Allen). Others are either vet rest or precautionary (Kincaid). Take those players off and the list looks much more reasonable.

Only really concerning ones are poyer and prater. Everyone else was limited and will most likely play

Prater was probably rest/management again. If he's at least the same as he was last week, I think he'll be fine.

Yeah, I think so too. Otherwise probably would’ve signed a kicker

Did we let go of the dude we put on the practice squad?

  • Just watched Ed’s interview and he sound optimistic about coming back.

I swear, if he comes back for that first game against Denver and gets hurt again during that game, I will absolutely crash out.

Any contribution by Oliver this year is gravy. It looked like he was out for the year

  • Sucks about Shavers, he was doing really well in Jax. Let's see if we can pull a rabbit out of our hat and get something going
