how to config Helium Browser like this with bigger tabs when selected and with apparently a search bar inside the selected tab ? arrows in the tabs section ? also do we know if its possible to have sidepanel for tabs like zen and arc?

Currently no tabs on side. As for the search bar + combined tabs, probably only a macos thing atm. Did you look through customization and flags
