I’m not expecting things to go well. All I am pointing out is on my federal student loan servicer website (currently run by the Trump Department of Education) it says the court still has to approve it so it technically isn’t officially killed yet (or the website hasn’t been updated and the court already approved it)

Doesn’t a court still have to approve this? That is what it says on the website of my federal student loan servicer
Trump is the court according to republicans.
GOP doesn’t have to follow the law, and if something does go squirmy then SCOTUS immediately decides it’s ok.
