On the right-hand side near where you descend to the ground in front of the church is Alfred, if you want a summon. He uses a Kirkhammer so expect him to go for big, slow hits. If you can work with him you can pass BSB's attention between the two of you and kill it.
Fire is your friend. Have antidotes ready. It loves blood cocktails.
Anything fire related like Blood Cocktails and Fire Paper will be your best friend. They do a fair amount of damage and you’re more likely to get a critical hit in between especially if you aim for its backside.
Make sure to dodge into its attacks, I found remaining extremely close to larger enemies to be easier. Good luck, good hunter.

blood starved beast is one of the easiest bosses almost last place for me if you know how to dodge him and trust me if you know how you would think the same(his very easy to dodge just have to now how)

Just stand in front of it and dodge toward and to the left when it swipes, the n hit it once or twice in the back. You’ll never get hit.
If it runs off or starts wiggling out and spraying poison everywhere, just keep your distance. When it gets close, roll toward and to the left.
Blood cocktails will distract her during phase 1. Fire paper does good damage. She can be parried and backstabbed for critical hits.
