I just finished the questline. Did you finish the Balenos question first before starting the Altinova one?
I play with an old character, created before the quests reformulation...and did all the possible quests (main/story/black spirit and suggested, in "O" menu) that appears to me... so, i didnt have any quest to do anymore... But i remember doing a quest with Rulupee, that gives the 3 first knowledges from old moon guild travels ii... But cant find a way to get the rest... u.u
Show your knowledge, which ones have you completed? If you e only done 3, then best bet is you need to talk to rupulee in Heidel Inn
