Chonk christmas tree cat

The fist time she came home was Christmas time and she'd go in the tree as a tiny black kitten.. she's 2 years old now and truly somehow made it higher up into the tree. She's 12 pounds. She's the only one of our four cats that does this. It's so silly and cute! Any one else have a cat that does this? 😂

I have been told her dad is a Russian blue, her mom is a black cat. That's all I know, the cat distribution system was very generous to my bfs mom, he gave me one from their back yard :)

There's a cat tree that can be turned into a Christmas tree. Admittedly, it's a bit pricey (349 USD). And some weirdo cats like to chew on fake trees, so that might be a concern. This is still just the commonly used PVC, which isn't healthy for kitties to ingest. But it does look very fun.

She only bothers a couple bottom branches and doesn't try to climb. The tree sits on a large table. But she LOVES sitting under the tree skirt and jumping out at her brother, who isn't a black kitty.

We had a Black cat as well called Micky. He always sat behind the tree, where it was dark. You could only see him when he had his eyes open.

One year, he was nowhere to be found, he had found a place in the tree, where he hid very well.

Is your cat big in general? My cat is 13 pounds and that is his ideal weight. Otherwise, you should put her on a diet and not celebrate that she can do something while fat when she would be able to do it at a healthy weight
