That's the Kanohi Vahi, the Mask of Time. It came in gold and orange. I think it came with specially packed Vahki, but I'm not certain. I had to buy mine second hand for the collection.
It also came in "8715 Ultimate Creatures Accessory Set" sold at Toysrus. Iirc you got multiple as well as the disks with the mask of time printed on it from the movie.
The orange version was originally supposed to come as a pack in with the PC videogame based on gen 1. But the game got canceled, so I'm not sure how it was eventually distributed.
Gold came with the second wave of Vahki towards the end of the year/around christmas iirc for the movie, I never got the Orange, I think you had to go to a lego store in 2003 and pick it up for free, never had a lego store where I lived at the time
I will always love how ancient and regal the Avohkii feels. One of my favorite mask designs of all time.
It matched the 01-03 mask designs but somehow also looks more important. The Avohkii is one of the greatest designs they ever produced
