Yes and yes. Our audio recorders get weird feedback near areas with a large number of structures. Its repeatable, tested in multiple places hours apart from each other. Same for some of those ghost hunting gear. I dont like using them cause they are loud and out of place in the woods but they yeild results. Getting dowsing rods for Christmas so we'll try that in the future.
