Excuse me, but what??? This arrangement? The look, the entire vibe?
I've digested (AND assimilated) Mona Lisa and her glorious remixes (Afrohouse remix my 👑) quite well since the initial release, loving it so much, listened on repeat, hence I was not expecting to be so surprised...BUT I AM!
HOW is Hoseok so so good at adapting his performances to the vibe and feel of the stage and venue? Of his three singles, Mona Lisa has always been the "cool" one but I feel like that has been dialed up to a 150 percent here 😭 it's sooo effortless, so chic, almost like he can't be bothered to try but nails it anyway because he is just that talented and can't fail no matter what. The way he performs it is completely different from how he does it at high energy concerts!
Also his low vocals???? I'm meltinggg, and rewatching this several more times to feel humbled and bow to this stage KING 🙇♀️
Mona Lisa was (unsurprisingly) my top song this year and my favourite of his three singles! The choreography is addicting and it I love the vibe. We’ve been spoiled with this performance and new intro!
That was so good! I noticed they strategically only shot him from above the waist during all the sexier moves lol, I guess maybe Jay is a little too much for Audemars Piguet 🤭
Wow, that was so cool! I loved the original choreo, but this is even better, and I really like the new arrangement, too. He never stops coming up with new ideas and surprising us. He's just so amazing!
Granted it'd be a lot harder (I think) to do it in a group performance, but for a solo song? THIS is how you do it. He's neither backtracking nor lip-syncing. CLEARLY he's playing around with his own song.
The song is obviously playing a recording on a really good stereo system, but Hobie's voice has no problems being heard over it when he's singing to/with the recording, and he's ad-libbing when he feels like it. And, am I imagining things? Around 1:10-1:15, did one of the dancers manage a "low-five" with Hobie? Wonder if that was planned or them being a bit free-wheeling?
Again, he's definitely enjoying himself with the opportunity to "mess" with his own song/material.
Also, the backup dancers seem to be having fun/enjoying performing. Caught some of them smiling while they were dancing.
Everything about this is immaculate! The new choreo, the camera quality, Hobi looking so expensive and giving Jung Hoseoque, his aura and vibe, I love this!
This is such a fantastic performance omg. First of all this arrangement is peak.
But I love that this feels soooo J-Hope. He's singing and sounds great, but he's also not afraid to stop and dance. It feels almost saucy sometimes lol like "see the mic's on," but in a very unbothered way. It feels so chic and effortless. Seeing him vibe solo and with dancers is always great, too. He brings such a great energy to every performance.

Omg he looks so suave in that suit. What a great performance. His swagger and confidence is so hot.

This was hot. Like this vibe here is too much for me to handle. Bravo Hobi. Or is it…Jay 🫠
