So I started looking for rental flat in Bengaluru and I was aware that owner mostly preferred family till I contacted the 1st owner, the owner asked are you married I said yes, so I passed the 1st question ❓ 2nd question asked by owner was do you have kid I said yes, after more discussion with the owner said I will let you know. This didn't happened with only one owner but almost 4 to 5 owners. I was confused that owners need married couples but without a kid what a joke...🫡

I don't think that was a concern, because I contacted those owners directly via Nobroker after checking everything on the portal, so rent was not concern for both I think.
Anyways your possibility can't be ignored.
The want the paint money but don't want the walls to be damaged by kids. That way they don't actually have to paint 😬
