Same here in Bosnia, I'm a Catholic Croat and we took a lot of religious traditions from muslims and vice versa. From funerals, marriage celebrations to everything. Last muslim wedding I went to the bride wore a white dress without a hijab. And also on a Catholic funeral we hold a "sedmina" which is a muslim tradition.
Some of them went back but there's an abundance of people insulting the countries founding father, general values and the Turkish nation and still stay there. Like the Kurdish nationalists who choose to move West to live w Turks there but call them names. They'd never move to Kurdistan region in Iraq or stay in their cities (our state pays the most for their development too). I mean I would never insult Germans like they do.

Their constitution allows total religious freedom, whereas in Malaysia we have religious freedom *if you're not an ethnic Malay*, as ethnic Malays and other Muslims are bound by Sharia Law.
