I think goatees can include mustaches, with the main point being that it isn't on the sides of the chin. I've just never seen a beard that goes that far up the sides of the mouth without including a mustache.
I've done a playthru where CHARNAME was Sarevok's identical twin, with Lawful Good alignment. It makes the TOB trials and Gorion rescue story hit a bit harder.
... He's a Human Fighter. The only thing special about him are the stat-hacks and immunities he gets for being the last boss.
As for roleplay, he's kind of a generic darkdeath evilman so I dunno what you'd be roleplaying. There are more fun ways to build evil martial characters than going straight 10+ levels of unkitted Fighter (I forget exactly what Sarevok's BG1 ending level is, and if you're roleplaying then you wouldn't be allowed to dual until after that point lol.)
Lots of people in this thread have a critical lack of imagination... Yeah, you can totally role play BG2 as Sarevok assuming Sarevok won in BG1. It would be a lot weirder to do so for BG1 though.
I don't think that makes any sense in BG 1 - but the idea that you might unite in some way with those you killed is interesting. Even if this might only be a mental problem of the Charname... but who knows?

I have never thought of that idea. I’m not sure exactly how it’d fit with some story aspects, but that doesn’t mean it’d be totally impossible.

He really stands out as a very good antagonist
