Anyone have issues with your membership profile for asiamiles? Found out my first and last name are flipped. Went through customer service to update it and they’re refusing to because my name on my passport and membership profile don’t match (duh, they’re flipped)

Any help would be appreciated. I transferred points to the account to book a flight and can’t use them.

Edit: thanks for the feedback. I added myself with the name correct as a part of my redemption group and booked the flight.

Delete account and you can recycle email and phone number the next day. Been there done that.

My profile in the app shows Last Name, First Name, Middle Name. I redeemed and flew international award flights just a few months ago and had no problems. My name also showed up in the same order on the confirmation email/e-ticket.

Delete the account and make a new one is the fastest solution
