On Christmas I texted the girl I like a simple Merry Christmas text. She never got back with me, and when I saw her again she barely looked at me. Usually she looks at me when I speak, but the only time I caught her looking at me she immediately looked away. I'm so confused by the sudden change in her demeanor around me, as I really like her and enjoy seeing her? Did I do something wrong?

It wasn't the first time I texted her but I hadn't texted her much before. I was just texting all my contacts, wishing them a happy holidays.

Honestly I think it’s just a her thing, it’s sounds like you didn’t do anything wrong and were just being nice. From personal experience I would guess she’s bad at communicating and that’s why she’s avoiding you, so maybe she just doesn’t like you in that way or something else. Note this is personal experience and that’s not how I would have responded but just guessing, but you didn’t do anything wrong so don’t worry
