Liberal feminism is unfortunately the most common kind of feminism amoung men. They get to do lip service, and say that all the misogynistic things they support are empowering.
Like bro ill happily die alone if it means i didnt waste my best years on a moid, let alone a moid addicted to porn. Like im good, sounds like a great tradeoff
One time I made a thread asking where I could potentially find a partner that doesn't watch porn, and a bunch of men came after me, trying to change my mind and telling me that my criteria (the only thing I asked for was a man that doesn't consume porn?!) is unreasonable.. they also kept questioning and negging me over my decision to not entertain the idea of a porn addicted man 🙄
Like god forbid I decide what type of person I want to share my life with??
Men need to gaslight women into thinking they're unreasonable for opposing porn, so more women don't wake up and realize that it's completely reasonable to disassociate from people who objectify and dehumanize women.
But more and more women are waking up every day. Hence the porn addiction epidemic disguised as a loneliness epidemic.
I also think it's a thing where the men feel wrong for watching it and feel dirty or unlovable. The issue is a lot of men can't admit that vulnerability and the fact they were wrong. So instead they try to make everyone else think it's right or okay when it's not.
Yet it's also not something that can just be turned off. It's hard on the guys too that's something that needs to be remembered. They want to make it less hard by justifying it, but that will never help.
I just wish there was more support for the guys. They are either told it's cool and okay (which it's not) or that you're gross and disgusting and a pervert who only lusts as if they are incapable of any other emotion. This makes guys fear getting help because they worry they'll be seen that way.
Okay holy shit ma'am. As a person who did at a time struggle with that addiction. That kind of talk doesn't help at all. Yes some are exactly that but others are people who are broken. They don't need enabling hell maybe they need someone to beat their ass. Yet you can't generalize all men who struggle with an addiction like that.
Okay i understand your point of view completely but you're doing exactly that. Dehumanizing them.
Yes they make bad choices, horrible choices that could destroy everything. I know quite a few people that it has destroyed everything. But its mistakes and almost no mistake is beyond redemption but talk like this is basically telling them they are beyond redemption.
They can never get better. Never be free. Hell it makes them think that they should just kill themselves. Is that what you would do? Tell them to kts. or would it be better to try to help them?
Edit: hold up I'm sorry you can say one more thing but i just realized weve been breaking one of the rules this whole thread.
I won't reply to another comment on this thread. If you want to keep doing this DM me but if not. It has been a pleasure and i wish you the best.
Everyone has a right to whatever dating standards they choose. Some can be absurd like demanding their partner make 200k a year or look like the top actor/actress of the year. The no-porn standard is completely reasonable, feasible and tangible.
That's true. Men should free ourselves and hold each other accountable. We shouldn't be promised real life sex with a hot girl to quit. Quitting should be its own reward. Moral clarity, more free time, we won't regret so much of our lives, and improved sexual function although radical feminists aren't big fans of this motivation.
But if someone is in a relationship and the partner makes it a boundary, it's the most understandable fair and just boundary to follow.
Commenting to say I love this community and it is absolutely possible to find a man who doesn’t watch porn or one who has stopped. There’s plenty of them out there. I’ve met them.
Yes absolutely! There are men out there who were raised right and have values. It’s difficult but not impossible to find a man who isn’t an incel brute
Women should really be having a preference for conservative men who want to ban porn, over sex positive liberal men if this meme was accurate, and unfortunately I don't see that happening in real life

The sex industry is based on abuse and manipulation, so this reacts with the man who support it.
i broke up with someone for supporting the industry. i mentioned this same exact thing and he justified it smh

yep i learned that
He doesn't deserve a woman, if he is addicted to porn and masturbating
Don't forget "all men watch porn, good luck dying alone".
My ex told me to go be a nun because every guy watches porn LOL
Jesus christ lmao. Imagine being that dense
Imagine thinking that’s a win, instead of the horrifying revelation that it is
"Get thee to a nunnery!"
Bro thinks he's Hamlet, lol.

"Bitter cat lady" time. I freaking hate the society we live in. Better no just stop caring about what men say

Men who watch porn are dirty and unlovable.
If you watch porn, you're gross and disgusting and a pervert who only lusts because they are incapable of any other emotion.
Predators don't need codling. They are not victims. And treating them like victims enables their predatory behavior.

Calling it an addiction isn't an excuse to dehumanize other people, which is exactly what they are doing.
They are scum. Trash. Worse that dog vomit.
If people are afraid to say the truth, these monsters have no incentive to change.
All men who watch porn are digusting, soulless monsters until they decide to stop. I won't pretend otherwise.

I. DON'T. CARE.
I don't care what happens to predators so long as they are stopped.
I don't care if predators are dehumanized because they've done it to themselves with their actions.
I care about the victims of the industry funded by pornbrained predators.
No sympathy for predators. Predators aren't victims.

you're right but there's a difference between someone who watches porn and a porn addict. You wouldn't drink a beer and call yourself an alcoholic
Men are also free to choose not to watch porn.
We can choose to not be corporate slaves to limbic capitalism and retain our sexual sovereignty.

By the way, if you oppose the sex industry, check out our women-only feminist sub r/PrincessFeminism.
And people are all genders are welcome to join our brother sub r/PrincesForEquality which focuses on men's issues from a pro-feminist perspective.
Women should really be having a preference for conservative men who want to ban porn, over sex positive liberal men if this meme was accurate, and unfortunately I don't see that happening in real life
Both are bad. Smart women choose neither. But conservatives are worse because they support rapists and want to abolish women's rights.
P*rn watchers piss me off! They're so thick and nothing gets through to them
