imo captain and admiral fit is ahh, it’s really between hokage cape and akatsuku robe, where the akatsuko robe obv takes it, it’s basically a symbol now. But through out all of anime? It’s either Goku‘s gi, or vegeta’s badman drip in Z.
Atatsuki or Captains. Both robes depends on if you like Dark or Light

Captains can wear hats if they want to. Mayuri's first reveal for example.
