Nah, she figured out how to deal with mimics long ago. That's why she's so willing to gamble on any chest she sees. She just doesn't like having to escape the mimic on her own because blasting its innards frazzles her hair.
In an earlier episode a powerful demon was imprisoned and his powerful magic is now considered weak. Frieren has not only accumulated knowledge for 1000 years, but has adapted and increased her magic for 1000 years knowing how much stronger magic has become.
It's more of he's still POWERFUL, but in the many years he was incapacitated not only had they figured out how he did it, but defensive magic had progressed to specifically counter him. It's like if you faced a 1945 Panther tank today. If you're a 'normal' person or a soldier without anti-tank gear, you're going to likely get killed... But not only have anti-tank measures improved drastically since 1945 most tanks have improved all-around. Technically speaking it's still 'deadly', but you're only fooling yourself if you pit it against any modern tank and think it's going to turn out well for the Panther.

Aside from dangai Ichigo, Yamamoto and Yhwach, all of Aizen's battles are "brutal one-sided beatdowns". The man just can't stop fraudchecking everyone.

It was his own soul, both sides of it, agreeing to stop making him fight with the kiddie gloves on for just a little bit. It was his power all along, and his time in the Dangai is them saying "fine we will stop limiting you, just enough to beat this guy, and then you have to stop fighting altogether.
Even for how early in the series this is, Ken demolishes Jagi at every turn, causing Jagi to try to use guns, oil explosions, hidden needles, broken building materials and a bastardized attempt at the Nanto styles to kill.
And all of it does Jack to Ken, aside from pissing him off that much more.
This is, one of, if not the only major fight in Fist of The North Star where Ken takes his time to make Jagi suffer before his death.
Great answer. You could have picked almost any fight in Overlord where Ainz is directly involved, and a good many where it's just his underlings dog-walking the opps.
