It's better than nothing. The upside of 3d animation is that you can show both the wireframe, solid(workbench for blender), and pre-rendered shaded animation. Not only that, animators can upload the back of the set. If this evidence was forged, the sure amount of artifacts would be enough to reveal it as such. It's far more suspicious to not show any proof, especially since OP has used AI in the past.
Think about it this way, if they can produce this than they could just produce better evidence like a video where they animate her dabbing in the software (something short, simple, and easy enough to show they they know how to work the program at all).
Also their name is word-word(fournumbers). This is the default generation format for new users on reddit if you dont select anything, often used by people who get banned often or know they'll get banned. You would think that an artist would want to use an actual username so that people can find their other stuff when putting their portfolio out into a new public space like this.

Just out of curiosity, how does someone prove something like this? I’m not in animation, I’m not really sure how the process works. Do they show their unfinished progress? You seem to know how this works a lot better than I do. I see stuff on here that looks like it takes a team of animators months to do, but again, I’m not in animation so I don’t know how easy it is to put something like this together. With the use of AI, I’m not entirely sure how any animation works anymore.
