My son is an Andrew and he has an uncle Joseph and an uncle Andrew. I call them Drewseph when I’m talking to/about them both. Then sometimes it slips out when referring to my child Andrew. Personal fave for sure.
One of my sister's always called me Ange. It's weird because that's more of an Angelo nickname but I never minded it. Drew is my preferred if I had to have one. had some fellow work mates called me drewski and I didn't mind that.Hard to get better than classic Andrew though. Fuck Andy.
