(First picture hair was a little wet)I’ve noticed a lot of shedding in the past 1-2 months I was taking doxycycline to acne about 2-3 months ago and after that I’ve noticed hair loss not sure if it’s related to the hair loss but I’ve seen it’s a possibility,I have not seen hairline receding but I have seen hair thinning in various places in scalp , should I start a supplement or ???

Sounds like it was caused by the acne drug. Maybe it will grow back after some time. Some supplements are unsafe. Talk to your doctor about it (though most of the time they don't have a clue). If it doesn't grow back you can do a hair transplant. Drugs like minoxidil and finasteride are not needed if the acne drug caused it. Those drugs are very dangerous and harmful anyway.
Hairline isn't receding, but there's definitely something going on in the crown. You can still save it and live normally for the rest of your life if you start quickly and informed
