Someone as bald as you at your age is low key fucked in terms of loss, DHT sensitivity etc, however....we don't know how many of those follicles are actually scarred off yet. You're not terribly old.

Take fin/dut and see after a year. Maybe it will regrow a lot and you would need HT to look good
