granted this varies bit by county and that process has changed but i didn't think by much. that's what i want to learn more about.

So the thing about the “fraud” is, most of these people are brought here by churches and missionaries who are converting many of them to Christianity and using programs through the Catholic Churches and Lutheran Social Services to name a couple I’m familiar with because we have the same thing with migration. I’m about a half hour from the MN border in a state that bleeds red, but our largest city has a huge population of Somalis, Nigerians, Ethiopians, and Liberians among others.
The college town I live in has thousands of foreign exchange students from all over the world. If you’re looking at the Somali and other African immigrant communities you should probably look at the people bringing them over too, it’s not just politicians, it’s the people running “non-profits” who get to write off missionary trips as a part of the job and they don’t have to pay any taxes as a non-profit, the businesses who are in cahoots with the churches to get those immigrants in their factories for cheaper labor, the property companies that knowingly provide them with a place to sleep and eat.
