  • I sympathize and I really don’t know. This said, my 2 cents:

    I don’t think 2 missed payments over 2 years (with both of them being in the last couple of months) is great.

    I don’t know if they will try take payment again until the next scheduled withdrawal - so putting money into your account after the fact may not mean anything to them.

    If I were you, I’d get on the phone with them tomorrow and explain the situation and see what can be done.

  • I’ve got a similar problem with BMO. They charged me NSF fee plus interest. They didn’t accept any of their mistake. I finally end up with closing the account, no more business with this bank.

    Should I be worried with this being my second bounced payment with the insurance company? I've never had this problem happen ever except this time and in October.

    Yes honestly you should. Call them asap and blame the bank.
