Because he was an informant after he formed his own competing child trafficking ring and he turned in Epstein for stealing his girls. To get rid of the competition. It’s basically what he’s publicly said if you read between the lines.
If I had to bet, he knew Epstein was poaching women. Severed ties because he got annoyed over losing staff. Never went to the police once. When Epstein got pegged, he gave all the dirt to avoid prosecution.
Poaching women was an excuse trump gave. He was friends with Epstein for a decade after Epstein "poached" Virginia Guiffre. Trump was most likely finding women for Epstein and ratted out Epstein for immunity when the FBI caught onto Trump's own activities and assistance with Epstein's trafficking ring, which he helped build. Not competitors, partners who were willing to sell each other out.
Pretty sure there is going to be large scale fraud, money laundering and at least industrial espionage that he was involved in (before becoming prez). After becoming prez he's doing all that out in the open anyway.

Because when they said he was an "informant" what it probably means is that trump was brought in for questioning and made an immunity deal to give them leads to get Epstein in exchange for Trump's own crimes being solved with immunity.
This would also give the lawyers a reason to instruct witnesses not to call out trump in public, since an immunity deal would mean they can't prosecute him and it would only detract from the message against people they can prosecute.
And why has he not INFORMED on anyone? You would think if he were an informant he would be providing information to help bring the pedophiles to justice. Unless... GASP... he was in fact one of those pedophiles himself!
