Before y'all go yelling at clouds, make sure to fill your candy dishes. I don't think this Amazon listing even exists for anyone under 40.

  • One day we’re all gonna click on that butterscotch option

    I unapologetically fucking LOVE butterscotch.

    Get out. 🫵

Nope. While a whole generation of morons was ruining their taste buds sucking on atomic warheads, I was enjoying the smooth refined goodness of butterscotch ice cream and Werther's originals.

My hardware store still carries the butterscotch life savers. I still treat myself sometimes :)

Give him some time, he’s still putting on his socks

I have multiple bags of Werther’s Original in my work bag.

I was just thinking we’re about a decade away from that

    Say it ain't so...

Grandma had cough drops. Want a candy? No.

  • No, I'm reinventing the wheel. As a Xennial, I reserve the right to fill my candy dishes with Warheads and Atomic Fireballs.

    This is the perfect answer.

  • Outstanding.

  • At my local WinCo, they have the Andes mints in the bulk section, I grab a handful now and then. Also in the bulk section are these candies.

  • This the first time that I have ever seen these for sale. As an official unc, I need a jar of these in my office.

  • These are my main go-to in my office candy dish (I stock mini candy canes in December). My office LOVES these and I don’t care if they’re grandma candy. I also discovered that they sell these in mixed fruit flavor (strawberry, cherry, lemon, pineapple) so I’ve been doing those for variety although they don’t have the iconic foil wrappers. Butter mints are also a huge favorite. But yeah, I always have these strawberry bon bons, they’re my signature candy and my office takes about a pound a month from my bowl.

  • Wait... you can buy these? They don't just appear on your kitchen counter once you have grandkids?

I was pretty sure these were only sold by a secret society that visited you on your 50th birthday. Looks like they have an Amazon store now...

  • This is amazing. These candies were the best. I do see them at dollar tree but I resist buying them… so far…

    Give in to the urge!!!!!!!

  • Yes, and don't forget the Werther's Orignials and Butterscotch candies as well.

  • These are the absolute best thing for a cough

  • FYI... 12lb for $68 is a ripoff price. That's $5.66 per pound.

Dollar tree has 12oz bags for $1.25 ($1.66 per pound).

  • I would think our generation's old people candy would be Jolly Ranchers given how prominent/popular they were.

Said in an old person voice "And then our teacher would reward us with Jolly Ranchers. Most kids chose watermelon. Those were the days..."

And we had chains on our belts cuz that was the style at the time... /Abe Simpson

  • I’ve already started and have these candies in my grandmother’s crystal bowl 🤣

  • Bro. 72 lbs of candy isn't relative to time.

Pull the trigger and ride homie.

  • There was a bunch of these in the box of candy my sister ordered for trick or treat and they were the first things gone.

  • Uhh. I have a bag of them and yes they’re still awesome.

  • I never knew the name of these but have been talking shit about them my whole life... esp this year for some reason.

My candy dish is currently empty bc I like chewing on hard candy but also love those soft caramel wearthers (sp) and twizzlers But now my teeth are messed up and im afraid my silver filling is going to come out bc its so small now. And then a few days ago I was flossing amd broke part of my tooth off...
I gotta go to the dentist.

  • Lol, I haven’t hit this point just yet! However, I do like keeping Lifesaver’s orange mints handy.

  • Dollar General has a bag of "hostess mix" hard candies with those strawberry, butterscotch, cinnamon disks, and starlight mints for $1. I put them in a grandma candy dish. My time has already come.

  • I can taste this image.

It feels good between my teeth.

  • I'm already doing it. I carry around various kinds of ginger candy wherever I go and hand them out to anyone who says they like ginger.

The manuka honey ginger chews for people who only like it a little on up to the concentrated ginger hard candies that will have your coworkers calling you The Dragon Lady because your very breath is now too spicy.

  • Dude, Dollar Tree carried the strawberry candies. You have serious issues if you need 6- 12 pounds at a time.

Oh I had serious issues well before this.

I’m telling you… dollar tree. A bag of strawberry candy, a bag of Andes chocolate mints, and some butterscotch if the vibe is right. Place that on my desk along with my Wilford Brimley “diabeetees “ sticker for the workers who grab too many

Ironically, I was carrying butterscotch candies with me for a while when I was getting my diabeetus under control and dealing with random low blood sugar. They were a candy I don’t typically eat for the hell of it so it wasn’t a problem to have them around and not eat them lol

    That's actually genius

You have serious issues if you need 6- 12 pounds at a time.

Weve all got issues, most without the 6-12lbs of candy.. some caused by 6-12 lbs of candy...
