Basically just sent out your people into a mission then come back with a result. In short you just remove tactical layer and put the gamble straight into strategic layer.
Plus, Xcom bondmates from base WotC is about the same as Dispatch synergies.

I’d say it’s more like Terra Invicta. You have a limited number of unique agents that you send out on missions.
And yes, I’m aware that Terra Invicta was developed by the same people who made the original LW mod
Dispatch did feel a little bit more inspired by Chimera Squad to me. Group of misfit heroes, that we're supposed to mentor into an effective team. Unfortunately, like Chimera Squad, the execution of that concept left much to be desired.
Dispatch is basically This is the police - Story Mode
This is the police 2 had a tactical layer
A very simple, yet fine addiction imho.
Of course, we don't talk about Rebel Cops.
This is the police had other modes?
Hm. I see some of the similarity, yeah. But if Dispatch has no tactical layer, I'll pass on it.
Yup, very shallow gameplaywise.
Dispatch is amazing. I really want a more fleshed out version of the dispatch and heroes gameplay.
