Pretty sure they only met each other 3 times before Krakoa. First was Collision during X-23 vol 3. Second is the Death of Wolverine event. Third is Orphans of X during All-New Wolverine.
I'm not sure if they have any meaningful interactions since then.
Each time Laura and Daken were together they spent extended periods of time in eachother's company, worked together to resolve some pressing issues and usually set aside some time to speak in-depth to each other about their relationship or some other serious topic. As of Orphans of X, they've really come to respect and rely eachother. It was Daken who made sure Laura got to bury her mom at the end of the arc.
Weirdly Laura and Daken have gotten a lot more development together than a lot of X-siblings, including Colossus and Magik.
The Wolverines comic that sprang from Death of Wolverine has several interactions between them as well. There's at least one full issue of just them together and several others with small interactions. Also the plague story before orphans of X.
This! And I personally feel the same way about Logan too. Laura and Gabby have a well established (and awesome) relationship, but Daken and Logan are just… kinda there (aside from some awesome story moments)
