this thing needs to be banned from ranked and clan battles already. such a game warping ship that somehow has LESS skill than other contemporary secondary BBs
I have Valp, it's not fun to play, not fun to play against, just annoying as fuck for everyone involved.
However my main problem with it is the average player just isn't good enough to figure out they need to stay out of its secondaries if they want to kill it. Friendly secondary BBs are awful for this, the concept of them still having the advantage if neither ships secondaries are firing is completely lost on so many people.
Eh, I have one and I generally avoid playing it in ranked, although it does making picking up the damage numbers pretty easy for the dockyard. Get like 3m potential damage per match.
Pretty sure the Valp is the reason t9 ranked is FILLED with torp DD's.

Yeah. I like my Z-46 for that with improved torp reload. It's a balance for me. But yeah, waves of torps to kill them.
