  • If you don't have Lauria, then saving 30+k steel is an insane deal. But since I do already, I'll probably get Petro, put Kuznetsov on Kremlin instead, keep him on Moskva, Petro, Stalin and now premium Petro without needing to train him

  • Tempesta Nera is a no-brainer if you don't have the Lauria. Pretty much saving you the steel on a very good steel ship.
    The Pilus Posterior(Verdi) is a good choice too, it is one of the ships that are interesting, but not enough to justify the price tag for most people, well, now it can be earned in another way.

  • I would say Lauria, as she is a steel ship, but I am struggling to understand why I would ever play her over Columbo (Which I also don't enjoy that much).

    I will probably go for either the Schlieffen or Petro, because having those as Premiums, and thus easily moving commanders to them is really nice. I currently have Lutjens on Schlieffen, and would love to move him to the secondary cruiser line, while still having a premium Schlieffen to play with him.

    Edit: They said you can do multiple tracks, and should be able to get up to 5 without a TX, or 4 including a TX. So I would do the Schlieffen track, because Irian is also a good ship, then probably get Optio and Marco Polo (And presumably not have enough to get Verdi)

    Lauria overmatches 30 with it's SAP, gets 114mm of SAP pen that lets it pen prinz adalbert side plating, and has the fastest base speed of any bb.

    If the adalbert is angled (like 30 degrees), Lauria will overmatch its deck (not that SAP ricochets much), and will pen its sides when Colombo would shatter.

    Yeah, there are probably 30 or more ships in tier 8-10 that Lauria nukes on cooldown and Colombo massively struggles to damage.

    Lauria already has better dispersion than Columbo, so it doesn't need Leg Mod, it can just use reload.

    What Lauria doesn't have is the DPM that Columbo has, which is why Leg Mod is broken, because it gives better dispersion on already nuts DPM.

    Then my Lauria is broken, even the Kearsarge hits harder and Aki feels almost twice as strong. I just got Piemonte and that one hits harder than my Lauria

    Insanely fast, insanely stealthy, some of the best armor in the game, overmatches 30mm, SAP citadels triple or more the ships Colombo does. Colombo is not better than Lauria, it just takes zero skill to play and for the average bot who loads up a BB will perform better.

  • The most useful one to me has that Premium Schlieffen in it, and running through the Order section also has a pair fo T9 italian Premiums that I woudl find a use for too..

  • The ones I want the most would be Schlieffen, Petro, Neptune (the look of that camo goes very hard) and Navarin.

    Problem is I'm not sure if all those will be possible, although there appears to be a coal option to get these ships as well.

  • For me I would favour the kingdom of dunes or the imperium as I don’t have either the Navarin or either of the two Italian ships. Also Optio was in a battle pass earlier in the year giving anybody who got it a head start down that line.

    Neonport (Free steel ship) = Pinatopia (Premium Schlieffen = far more efficient PVE credit grinding + frees up Lutjens from tech tree) > Rustport (Frees up Kuznetsov from tech tree Petro + Premium Zieten for a good T8 credit farmer) > Libertatia (Premium Neptune = far more efficient PVE credit grinding) > Imperium Aeterum (Free Doubloon T9 + Free coal T9) > Kingdom of Dunes (most ships, but one is a T5, one is the worst T9 in existence, one already has a premium version, and Z-52 doesn't benefit as much from a premium version as the ones before it) > Shamrockville (very limited offering compared to the other choices, but probably a cheaper option)

    Hard to say. Look wise it's one of my favourite ships in the game. That aside, actually playing it isn't a really great experience. 1.4 sigma is just atrocious; secondaries set fires but don't pen much. Imo Pommern is better in the same role, and Pommern isn't good in the first place. In randoms at least.

    Granted the Z-52 track is only one of the 'couple tracks' it specifically mentioned there is not enough event tokens to get solely with tokens, granted still have some time to build up coal reserve to maybe finish it off. Where apparently most tracks that only have 2-3 ships can get free.

  • Guys I asked for this in another post regarding the new lunar year event, but maybe someone can give some precious advice. I bought 2 days ago the Brisbane for coal and just read on the devblog you can progress in the line of the Nian Paradox event using coal. Is opening a ticket for a coal refund a viable option? I haven't played a single match in it.

    I'm not sure if it worth it, but you actually have that option. Support simply take your account back to the condition before purchase. You also will loss all progress after that moment, so be careful not lose smth important.

    Yeah you're right, I'm not sure if it's worth either. Nevertheless I prefer to wait for the event to go live and see if it's worth to spend coal. If it's not I would then have the opportunity to buy Brisbane back for coal. Ticket sumbitted to the player support, let's see how it goes. Thanks for the advice

    Asking as some of these could accelerate or make my tech tree grinding a lot easier, such as not needing to grind the Colorado to get the North Carolina (Kheper).

    They are completely seperate ships but have better economy compared to standard tech tree ones, and unfortunately it won't help you skip the grind as they are seperate and not camos so they will not be counted towards it
