How I do: it really depends on the passenger how they approach me. If being pain in my behind AF, you better get your wallet ready, honey, you will pay all of your excess kgs… But if you treat me like an actual human being (or crazy handsome, hellooo… :) I just close my eyes and wish you a nice flight.
Wizz Air doesn't hire their own handling and service agents like Ryanair does. Wizz will usually pay a handling company that handles most airlines at the given airport. So the airport staff doesn't think too much about making more money for Wizz.
