Hi! Im a practicing norse pagan for about 7 years now and a devotee of Freya. Recently, I’ve been called by Lilith (specifically called to venerate her demon aspect). I had a few readings done (by myself and others) confirming her presence in my spiritual court.
Im a total beginner when it comes to deity veneration of different pantheons, as I’ve only ever venerated freya….
I only have one dedicated room for altars and spiritual work, and Im quite hesitant to put Freya’s altar and Lilith’s altar in one room as they come from different pantheons (and come to me with vastly different energies; freya being super loving and motherly, and Lilith being an absolute powerhouse with the most dominating energy I’ve experienced ). I have no problem with putting up two separate altar tables for them, but I’ve been told that its still best to have them in separate rooms as their energies might be conflicting and could end up causing spiritual chaos in my space.
Is anyone here venerating these two deities? How do they work together in your experience? Any thoughts or suggestions regarding my dilemma?
Ty in advance!!
The altars can be in the same room. I just wouldn’t put them on the same altar is all.
Plenty of workers have been limited on space. There’s a reason the top of the fridge has been a common place for altars! If these goddesses want to have their own rooms, they can bless you with the resources to provide it.
I've seen people use like a bookcase/ shelf thing where each shelf is an altar to a different deity.
They’ve already shared humanity and the cosmos, they’ll be fine sharing a room - just not an altar.
