This was 100 years ago- Wow. Now let’s relate this to a woman’s right (to have an abortion or not) has been illegally taken away in too many states. Times have changed so drastically to ever measure the true devastation it will cause. This concept of reducing / eliminating free will & personal rights can be applied to many historical events - - slavery, the Holocaust, for example. Look how those changed the world AND people, for the worst. Perhaps husbands SHOULD be the only ones to delegate to “his” woman to have “his” haircut idea forcibly enacted unto his wife {sarcasm overload…. }.
Since women have lost their legal right to their body, women need to ask that the BLUE PILL be destroyed, illegal, banished, abolished as one (of many) counter measures.
It's absolutely true. And while this judge seemed to be awesome, I bet there were a lot of judges across the country who might've agreed with the husband.
I wouldn't be surprised if there were some judges (of the heritage foundation variety) around the country right now that would back the douchebag husband.
It actually wouldn't come as a total shock if the supreme court itself took on this case, given the opportunity, and cited some bullshit 1700s English maritime law to overturn whatever the precedent is, when it comes to the hairstyle part of women's bodily autonomy legality.
Welcome and thanks for posting on /r/WhenWomenExist!

The King Tut bob is just long enough to cover the ears, with bangs.

Rant over, thank you for reading.
It’s all about bodily autonomy. Slavery, abortion, haircuts all come back to that.
