As long as the nozzle tip hasn’t touched anything unclean; hydrocortisone in the mouth isn’t the worst thing you could do.
Toothpaste on the unmentionables though, mint in particular, that cooling effect will wake you up to say the least. Especially if it were on a hemorrhoid.

You should try Proraso Red next time, it has a more distinct heavy sweet aroma. Proraso Green has so much menthol that it does feel like toothpaste for the face.
I feel your pain. In my travel toiletries I have a small tube of toothpaste and a small tube of hand lotion and I mixed them up once…it took hours to get the taste of lotion out of my mouth, especially because first I needed to get it out of my toothbrush before I could brush my teeth again lol.
