It's carp, it wasn't really good to begin with. If you feel the need to reply and convince me otherwise, I've heard it all before and I disagree profusely.
As someone who loves fish, and who always killed, prepared, cooked carp in a myriad of ways (inc milk soak) for Christmas, maaaan fuck carp and carp bones.
I will say I haven't tried Asian carp which is supposed to be less muddy, so the above comment is European carp only.
There's even a tool specifically for this, a fish slice. (which is basically a wide, flat, usually springy metal spatula)
But I don't think they have any of those, they seem to have tongs and a knife. Not sure what they'd be cooking other than fish that would call for it (in Korea where they look to be)
When I was a kid my best friend was Chinese and I stayed the weekend with him at his grandparents house.
One morning his grandpa was grilling beef for breakfast for everyone out on like a back covered deck and my friend and I were running around playing.
I didn't have shoes on just my socks and my sock was loose and caught on the leg of the little table he was piling the beef on as I ran past it.
The whole table flipped over and all that delicious meat he'd been slaving over for like an hour flew all over the place.
He didn't speak much English and I didn't
Understand much Chinese so I don't know what he yelled but I could tell by the look I his eye it basically meant "the white boy must die".
I'm terrified every time I do this, usually I use toothpicks to keep meat/fish tied to the grill, but I do realise it's a stupid hacky way, although better than the one in the video.
Bruv. Heartbreaking.
As someone who loves fishing and grilling but rarely gets to do both this video hurt me.
I sucked air through my teeth seeing this, as it cause me physical pain.
I whispered a, "no.."
This happened to me after smoking salmon for over 3 hours, I contemplated eating it from the ground. I was so devastated,
You can do that. We did it for a long time, some people still do it.
the fish was more hurt than you
Oh fish!
Look at that spread, thats perfectly cooked
And also perfectly spoiled

Maybe you have only had shitty carp.

Fuck that fish.
I mean... If you want to. But get consent first.
Falls right off the bone and plate
Came here for this
Why not move it to the plate in a normal way?
Judging by the way it disintegrated when it hit the floor, the fish would probably fall apart as soon as they picked it up any other way.
Large spatulas/turners/whatever you want to call them exist, and you could even have any one of these people standing around use another one.

It looks like it's the serving plate. They've probably done this below and it's worked and just an unfortunate accident today
all these comments trying to find justification but in truth, these are just people goofing off not thinking things through
Probably to keep it presentable i guess
Exactly

One of my fav episodes. Just whips the fork out that pocket ready to go.
He was the most loyal/likable of the entire group. The rest really kind of sucked as humans.
Pizza
The one with the cheesecake on the floor. 😆
Some fish gave their life just for that
Hopefully they played the 5 second rule and picked it up and put it back on the BBQ.
They'd just drop it again
Perfectly cooked, then it dropped onto the ground
Cuz Everytime they turned the fish without the slippery metal plate it has worked just fine.
It's the serving plate.
they should've used the flipping plate, easy mistake
Ok...because of this vid I laughed out loud and everyone is looking at me like I'm batshit crazy.
Silly wanker!!!
Cheers!!!
That made me “Awh” quite audibly, devastating
Perfect! No need to remove the bones anymore.
Praise the camera man
Helps to be smarter than the fish ones trying to grill.
Well that sucks.
Neighborhood cats give thanks.

I'd probably fucking cry, and I'm a man in my 30s.
Grilling fish is tough but can be so worth the effort!
Deadset, did they just try nuke the barbie?
Looked tasty…that is one tasty fish
I winced. Dude label this NSFW. :(
Damn, that thing exploded.
5 second rule
OFF THE BONE TOO!

Wow that’s perfectly cooked
A guy at work eats mariscos in the break room every once in a while. I absolutely hate the smell. Freaking disgusting.
Noooo not the bangus!
Oh well. Plenty of fish in the Seafood section.
Heartbreaking!
The entire fish shattered
Why’d it fall apart like a dropped Lego kit
So sad... That fish looked very tasty and succulent 😞
I love the way it bursts.
aw that fell apart too, that was probably gonna be fire
That looks painful
This incident can’t be the '5-Second Rule' for Dropped Food 🤦🏾♀️
And fresh onto the floor.

Threw it to the ground!
Put the Lego sound over this
I smelled something was fishy.
You have my condolences.
Yep! Your Right!
What's the non stupid way to do it?
I'm terrified every time I do this, usually I use toothpicks to keep meat/fish tied to the grill, but I do realise it's a stupid hacky way, although better than the one in the video.
flip it over the not open side
do you have a cat or a dog? this is their lucky day))) i hope you know what i'm talking about
❤️🩹😢
some people just suck...
Bon appetit to the ground.
The way it fell apart so easy… I knew ts was good af 😔
they might have been able to hold it tighter if they wore gloves or something
5 second rule! Hurry, you fools!
(The way it imploded tells me it was prepared very well - can't let that go to waste!)
lololol
Well, that's one way to debone a fish
It is indeed off the grill
Take a look at that presentation perfectly prepared.
Flaky! Bummer
Their skills are fishy as hell!
Rage bait and I’m hungry
