I think they're definitely trying to say something if they went through the effort to find or custom make wallpaper that had these surveillance cameras in it. They could be trying to say that people are constantly being monitored amongst all of the beauty and glamor of Las Vegas. 🤷

Cara Delevingne has some absolutely bitchin' wallpaper at her place in LA. Lily Allen spent obscene sums on wallpaper also.

This feels like it should fall under ai generated slop wallpaper. I cant see why anywhere would choose this design besides glancing and saying "floral will do" and as to who designed it....???
This looks more like a design with message more than anything. The owner probably saw it and loved it, either in it's deeper message or just it's design.
I like the idea- if you’re trying to get high and feel hella paranoid it might mess with you too much to do anything. Outside of that it feels very Bansky: cute from a distance but shocking and sobering the more you pay attention.
