I've posted on here and elsewhere a few times about my unintentional gain from 155-195, despite staying physically active. That gain was over a long period of time, 8 years, so the effects were really slow and gradual and was debating to get bigger or not. Thank you for your comments and chats, and I've decided to take the plunge! I really want to experience the effects over a shorter time period. My goal is 215 for now, which will give me a good feeling if I should keep going. I'm going to keep exercising but not going to stress about what I eat anymore. It's exhausting and it didn't result in any weight loss anyways. I'm a short guy so the effects will be more pronounced. If people ask, I'll just blame it on winter and the holidays. Going to treat myself this morning to a big sausage breakfast sandwich and a cinnamon bun to start. Friends holiday party tonight and I'll fill up on what I want. Can't wait to see the scale hit 200!
