Hi just wondering how do you guys increase belly capacity? I find stuffing extremely hot but I have kinda bad belly capacity and appetite so it’s hard for me to get big but how do I increase it? My goal is to be able to carry 6L of fluid in my belly by the end of the year but idk how to best increase how much I can fit. I have a pretty strong six pack and but I don’t think that matters too much. I’m fine with gaining weight but it’s not the primary goal

  • I know that beer and pizza worked for me. Throw in some Brussel sprouts and broccoli.

  • I can't say for sure how, but I've noticed my capacity increasing over time. I used to struggle eating in the morning, and couldn't get that many calories. However, the McDonald's near me started offering buy one get one breakfast sandwiches, and I couldn't not take advantage of that. I remember a month or so ago, I had a hard time powering through two sausage, egg, and cheese McMuffins. Now I can wolf down two of their higher-calorie sandwiches (like the sausage and egg muffin, or the SEC McGriddles) with no issue, and ponder if I should've gotten a hash brown too. It's hard to argue against an easy 1000+ calorie breakfast for around $5.
